Decent value on EMMA 4.0

I decided to try the EMMA 4.0 after seeing some good reviews and looking for a better deal than other brands. I managed to get a nice discount during a holiday sale, which made the price feel a lot more reasonable for a dual battery ebike. The overall cost felt worth it for the features, especially the long range. It arrived well-packaged too. I had been eyeing similar models for a while, and this purchase felt like the best bang for my buck.

Consistent quality, reliable service

This was my third order from Roll Road, this time for a new set of ebike tires and a replacement saddle. Just like my previous purchases (the EMMA 3.0 and some cargo bags), everything arrived on time and was exactly as described. Their shipping is always pretty quick, usually within a week, which is nice. It's good to know I can count on them for parts too, not just the bikes themselves. The quality has been consistent across all my orders, which keeps me coming back.

EMMA 3.0 is a blast

I got the EMMA 3.0 a few weeks ago and it's seriously amazing! I've been riding it everywhere, it's so much fun. The speed is great, and I love that I can take it off-road too. I'm already planning my next purchase from them. Definitely telling all my friends about Roll Road!

Good ebike, quick delivery

Got the LEON model a little while back. It's been pretty solid for my commute. Shipping was quicker than I thought, took about 5 days to reach Denver. It's a good ride, handles well. Nothing too fancy, but it gets the job done and feels sturdy.

Do these Roll Road bikes really hold up for heavier riders? I'm around 250lbs and sometimes carry gear, so total probably 300+.

My buddy is like 280 and his Leon handles him and his work stuff just fine. They're built pretty solid.

Yeah, I've seen people say the Emma series has a pretty high weight capacity, like way more than typical ebikes. You should be good.

Thinking of getting the Emma 4.0 but I live in NYC. How long does shipping usually take to the East Coast?

J Josh Whitfield 2 months ago
I'm in Philly, got mine in about 1.5 weeks after ordering. They usually ship pretty quick.

Took a bit longer for me, almost two weeks to Boston. Think it depends on when you order, like if it's a busy time.

Hey, anyone know the real top speed on these Emma bikes? The website says one thing but sometimes they're restricted more.

M Mike Ito 2 months ago
Mine hit like 30-32mph no problem, you can change the settings in the display to get rid of the factory limit.

Yeah, what the other user said. Officially it's usually lower but you can unlock it. Just be careful about local laws then.

Are their Black Friday deals usually good? Debating if I should wait for that or just buy now.

S Sophie S. 2 months ago
Last Black Friday they had some really nice discounts, like a few hundred off bundles. Might be worth waiting.

I think they do pretty good holiday sales. Usually a bigger discount than just a regular promo code.

how do these compare to like, a Rad Power Bike? Worth the extra cash?

L Laura E. 1 month ago
Roll Road is definitely more powerful and built for speed/range, Rad's more entry-level commuter. If you want a moped-style beast, Roll Road wins.

Totally different league. Rad is fine but Roll Road is much more heavy duty, faster, and dual battery options. Depends on what you need it for but yeah, worth it if you want more performance.
